Product Description
ADSS cable features a loose tube stranded design. The 250μm fibers
are housed in high-modulus plastic tubes filled with water-blocking
compound. These tubes and fillers are stranded around a central FRP
(Fiber Reinforced Plastic) strength member to form a compact,
circular core. A thin polyethylene (PE) inner sheath is applied,
followed by a layer of aramid yarns for additional tensile
strength. Finally, the cable is completed with a PE or AT
(anti-tracking) outer sheath.
